10 Minute Decorating Ideas – Sharpie Art Planter
Hello fine friends – today I am back with another 10 Minute Decorating Idea – because really, sometimes, all we have is ten minutes to do a little zhushing in our homes. This time, I sharing another Sharpie Art idea – a Sharpie Art Planter.
And I am pretty sure this will be my last Sharpie Art project for awhile. I am putting the Sharpie down - for now.
I started with some plain white planters that I found at Ikea. These were great because they already had lines to keep me straight – but it is not necessary.
DIY Foam Core Framed Canvas & Sharpie Art

I think it is save to say I love hand script sharpie art. There is something about it, I just love. And in this case, I also love that I came with up with an idea for a DIY Framed Canvas.
They say that necessity is the mother of all invention – well I think the need for instant gratification is the mother of all craft and DIY ideas.
I recently had this idea to create a framed canvas – but there was one problem, I only had a small canvas in my stash and there was so much snow outside, heading to the craft store was a challenge.
DIY Sharpie Silhouette Canvas Art
Hints of warmer days are coming, Daylight Savings changes have come – and I am doing a little bit of sprucing and zhushing around the house.
And one of my favorite places to start is on my mantel.
I had a desire for a black and white graphic image for this spot to pull things together – so I made my own. And you can too – and it is super easy.
Outdoor Christmas Decorating: Sharpie Art Tree Sign
This post is a collaboration with 3M™ Safe Release Painter's Tape Brand

I just couldn’t seem to help myself. I enjoyed all of the reds and evergreens mixed with black and white inside my home, I had to bring it outside too.
A while back, I made this sign. It occurred to me that I had only painted the one side, so why not turn it over and make a sign for our Outdoor Christmas decorating.

Sharpie Art Coffee Table

So, things have stalled a bit in our office. End of school and life changes have kept us pretty busy these days. But that is okay, this week we are going full steam ahead!
In the meantime, I am still enjoying the one corner of our office we have had a chance to complete. Our gallery wall is bright and colorful and the sofa is a cozy place to hang out. And today, I wanted to share our Sharpie Art Coffee Table.
To start with, I found this table in the "as-is" section of a home decor store. She was sad and lonely table with no legs.
I quickly scooped her up and knew right away what I would do with her.
