WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and/or final sale items cannot be returned.  As a small business, at this time, we are unable to cover the returned shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.  We can not accept returns for products bought at our retail partners.  Please reach out to them directly for a return.

Items received that are opened or used will not be refunded.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as quickly as possible. Please note that, at times, refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your statement due to processing times.

We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
