This jam starts with a story of how Dana's dad grew tons of raspberries and how his mom makes the most amazing raspberry jam. Then we learned that as all of the grandkids grew up, they never left Grammy's house without their allotment of what was now being called "Gram Jam".
While we will never be as good as Mom at making jam, this is a really close second. Made with the seeds still intact, it is one of the best jams you will ever have!

I wouldn't consider myself a "jam" person because I can't eat bread so I rarely use it. However, I literally find myself craving this raspberry jam!! I have found creative ways to eat it, such as in yogurt, on ice cream or lately in my steel cut oats. YUM!!! Just the right amount of tartness and sweetness, no seeds getting stuck in my teeth (not totally seedless but the few seeds there are, are well blended and soft) and great texture. DELISH!! This treat is my JAM!!!
