Skillet Raspberry Pie Recipe
The Putnam family takes pie very seriously with each holiday meal serving eight to ten types of pie. The range of pies changes from year to year, but raspberry pie is always on the menu. We knew a recipe using our raspberry jam, inspired by Grammy Putnam's raspberry jam would make the most delightful pie. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Finding Home Farms Raspberry Jam
- ½ Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 2 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cornstarch (can substitute potato starch or AP flour)
- 2 Pie Crusts of your choice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, over low heat add jam and berries, stir.
- Let mixture bubble for 1 minute (careful not to boil mixture)
- Slowly add starch and brown sugar, while stirring, about 2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Let cool.
- Prepare or purchase a top and bottom crust and add 1 to bottom of pie baking dish
- Add cooled pie filling and cover with second refrigerated pie crust. Cut holes on top to vent.
- Brush with egg wash before putting it in the oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees convection for 40 minutes.
