two ahead or this is also a great use for chili leftovers. If you don't have a skillet,
follow the same directions for a 9 x 13 pan.

For this recipe, prepare chili to your liking ahead of time. It can be made a day or
two ahead or this is also a great use for chili leftovers. If you don't have a skillet,
follow the same directions for a 9 x 13 pan. Depending on your pan size, you may
have some leftover mix. Use it to make small muffins or even cook the mix in a
waffle iron for a fun side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 Package Finding Home Farms Sweet Honey Cornbread mix
- 3 Eggs
- ½ Cup Melted Butter or Oil
- 1 ¾ Cup Milk
- 5 Cups Chili (depending on size of skillet) fill to 2/3 of skillet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the contents of the package with eggs, butter or oil and milk.
- Add warmed chili to your skillet or pan filling it to about two thirds full
- Scoop cornbread mix over top with a 2-3oz cookie/ ice cream / baking scoop leaving an inch or so of room between scoops.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into bread comes out clean.
