So, it began on my trip to some Paris Flea Markets. I only used carry on luggage, so my treasures to bring home were limited. I came across this mirror..

…and it has haunted me ever since. Since I knew that is would not fit in my suitcase, I did not even ask about the price. What if it had been so cheap that I could have justified shipping it home? Ugh, the opportunity was gone.

So I have been trying to figure out, could I make a mirror inspired by this one?

Then, I came across this. I know you have all probably seen it already, but this the beautiful mirror made by the Nester:

And yes, she made this out of poster board, gorgeous!

The similarities were so amazing, so sent a picture of the Paris mirror to The Nester so she knew how amazing the similarities were.

So, then she kindly sent me a link to a mirror on Ebay that was the inspiration for some aspects of her mirror. I looked at it, thought about it, for about 10 minutes. Then decided I did not want to miss another opportunity and the price was fab, so here it is…

I happen to think she is stunning. She is in our Master Bathroom.

I am doing some final tweaks to re-do our Master Bath and I will share the room with you soon.

For now, I am just so happy when I walk in and see her.

Thanks Nester!

Oh, and by the way, if you are interested in getting one yourself, as I was looking for a mirror for a client and came across this…
