Ingredients: unbleach wheat flour, rye flour, corn flour, sweet whey, apple powder, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, sweet cream buttermilk, cinnamon, malic acid, natural flavors

Pancake Directions:
2 cups mix
1 ½ cup of cold water or apple juice
Optional: 1 egg and/or 2 tbsp of melted butter or oil
Preheat non-stick or lightly-greased griddle to 350°F. Whisk ingredients together until batter is smooth. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly-greased griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry. Flip and brown the other side.
Waffle Directions:
2 cups mix
1 ½ cup of cold water or apple juice
2 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs - well beaten
Preheat waffle iron. Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour batter onto hot, lightly-greased or non-stick waffle iron and bake according to waffle iron manufacturers directions.
