Easy Chocolate Chip Mug Cake (Yum!)

CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE MUG CAKE - Serves 1

 Ingredients:

1/2 cup Finding Home Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/4 cup milk

1/chocolate1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Preparation: 

In a microwavable mug, combine all ingredients and mix well until well combined. Add to microwave and cook for about 2 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake to check that it’s cooked all the way through. Serve immediately.
