MAPLE GRANOLA - Makes 4 cups
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup hulled raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips
1/2 cup raw chopped pecans
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 300°F. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well until combined. Add granola to sheet pan in an even layer. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Granola should look golden brown and toasted. Allow to cool before storing in a container. *Store granola in mason jar or airtight container for up to 1 month*
