I am not sure what switch was flipped, but I have been cooking quite a bit lately. I have to admit, a little bit of meal planning before going to the store makes a big difference. And my family couldn't be happier. Our schedule with work and many soccer games has lead me to use our crock pot a lot. And of course, I have been managing to add organic maple syrup to a lot of our recipes. My favorite type of recipes are quick and simple, and that is the case with this crock pot maple barbecue pulled pork recipe. I added all of the ingredients to the crock pot and then shredded it when I got home. We put our pork on some rolls with some cole slaw and pickles. We were at the table within 15 minutes of getting home. I am not sharing the cole slaw recipe today because I just sort of through it together, but maybe I will share it in the future.
