Today I have the honor of our home being featured over at Southern Hospitality for her Feature Friday.

I am sure you all know who Rhoda is, but just in case, she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable ladies in Blogland and you will definitely want to stop by and meet her.

Rhoda

Her blog is a beautiful place full of decorating and DIY tips, recipes and some of the best advice I have ever received in Blogland.

  1. I’m your newest follower! Found you via Southern Hospitality (one of the first blogs I started following). Have just been browsing thru your posts. Your home is beautiful and your projects are great. Love that photo of the baby feet! You have inspired me too tackle a few crafts and projects around my home…..Thanks.

  2. A few pics I haven’t seen before. 🙂 I love all of your antiques. I had to chuckle. I have that same twig lamp that you have in your guest bedroom. You are the 2nd in blogland that I have seen with it. 🙂 The other bought hers from a flea market a couple of years ago. I bought mine many years ago from the Pfaltzgraff Store in Albertville, MN, full price.
I have always enjoyed browsing photos of your home. It is so welcoming and cozy. You have done a beautiful job.

  3. Until I saw the post at Southern Hospitality, I didn’t realize that so many of my favorite rooms were in your house! We certainly have the same style! Love it!

  4. Congrats Laura! You so deserve this recognition! I have been following your blog since December as well and it’s become one of my favorites! Your home is gorgeous and you should be proud.

  5. Laura,
Your home is my inspiration! I’ve been following your blog for quite a while, but hadn’t seen the photos of your home. I love the colors and the combination of old and new. I pinned tons of photos for inspiration as I decorate! I’d love it if you’d stop by my blog. I will have my new blog design up and running this weekend. If you stop by on Sunday, hopefully it will be all prettied up!

  6. Hi Laura – Congratulations on being featured! Your home is lovely and so welcoming. I hope lots of new bloggers discover you and your blog through Rhoda’s site. I’m sure you’ll inspire more than a few visitors. Have a good weekend! 🙂

  7. Your home is a home sweet home; it is really comfortable and relaxing. It is worth to visit for a stressful day of work. The native and floral designs and figurines are much adoring. More like and exhibit of goodness.
