We got our garden in a little teeny bit late this year, but it is just starting to come into full swing.
Peas and beans.
Yum.
Hubby loves them cooked.
I love them fresh right out of the garden.
Raw yumminess.
Oh, and the tomatoes are coming.
Woo to the hoo!
Hope you are having a vegetabliscious summer!
Gardening here in the northwest is slower than slow this year. I finally have tomatoes on the vine (still green) but, I discovered that many of them were starting to rot from all of the rain … so, off they went. Just not the best year here for produce … even the commercial growers are late. Your ‘pea’ picture is cute.
We’re canning and freezing like crazy around here, too, Laura! I think we’ve got zucchini and summer squash coming out of our ears! But there’s nothing better than walking out to the garden and picking our dinner. 🙂
