What are your order requirements & sample policies?
Minimum orders are $250 for both opening orders and reorders. All orders require a credit card for shipping. Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. All shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise can not be returned without prior approval. We reserve the right to issue a 20% restocking fee when applicable. Food and candles samples are available at half price. One sample can be ordered for each style per invoice.
What is the best & safest way to store, display & care for FHF products?
Maple syrup can be store at room temperature for up to 18 months. All of our pantry and syrup products have a shelf life to up to 18 months (excluding maple candy). Once opened, maple syrup and jam should be refrigerated. Candles should be stored between 60 and 85 degrees and you should avoid displaying or storing candles in direct sunlight.
What is the timeframe to process an order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time after tradeshows and during peak season.
What is the safest way to use candles?
Burn within site - Keep away from things that catch fire - Keep away from children - Trim wick 1/8" each time candle is lit. Keep wax pool free of debris - Stop burning candle when 1/2" unmelted wax remains - Burn on a suitable surface - Avoid drafty areas
