Hello my sweet friends.
I have been blogging for almost three years now and I have been reading blogs about 6 months longer than that. I am always inspired by other bloggers and the creative decorating ideas they share. So, I thought it would be fun to share some of the projects and bloggers that inspire me.
So, without further adieu…
I have long adored Ashely’s blog, The Handmade Home. But I think she brought it to a whole new level with her daughter’s bedroom makeover? Could it be more perfect?
I have been loving all the painted mason jar crafts I have been seeing, but this one is beyond cute from my friend Linda at It All Started with Paint. And right in time for the 4th.
Actually, she has even started an adorable new blog dedicated just to mason jar crafts!
How sweet is this simple and pretty summer mantel from Yellow Bliss Road?
Okay, so this is not a blogger, but I love this idea from BHG. I have slight obsession with old tool boxes and this would be a fun way to use one.
Have you seen the one room three ways that KariAnne put together at Thistlewood Farms? This one was my favorite from day 2.
And while we are speaking of talented bloggers, I am so excited to share that I am going to be joining KariAnne this fall in Alabama for The Chapel Market. KariAnne was heading down and she asked me to be her partner in crime. Who could say no to that?
There will be an amazing group of ladies (and Gentlemen!) getting together for a wonderful vintage market.
Go visit Layla of The Lettered Cottage for all the details.
Thanks for reading!
Laura,
Thank you so much for featuring my mason jars — and the new blog!! And you and Kari are going to have an amazing time!
🙂 Linda
Darling ideas! Hope you have a wonderful holiday, Laura!
The mason jars are so lovely and I would be going in a flash with Karianne! What a blast it will be and a great thing to look forward too!!

OMGosh, Laura! I am doing the happy dance all around my living room right now! Why? I just checked map quest and Pike Road is only 1 hr. 22 min. from where I live!! I can’t believe I am going to get to meet you … please be sure to keep us updated: dates, time, cost of admittance, etc. Now I want summer to be gone and October to be here! I’ll even come early and help you set up if you need me. 🙂
Diane
The Chapel Market is exciting news! Thanks for sharing all these pretties today.

Hi Laura,
I am beyond thriled about the Chapel Market and that you will be coming to Alabama. I live about 30 minutes from Pike Road and I hope to be there (and will be unless my boys are playing ball). This is the first time I’ve ever written on any blog, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to tell you how much I enjoy your blog and that I hope to get to meet you in person.
Lisa
Can’t wait to hug your neck, girlfriend! 😀
