One of the things I love most about blogging is that everyone’s path is different. There are so many directions to take things, so many different opportunities. With different paths it means we all have the chance to celebrate each other and our choices and our successes.   You can choose to focus on enjoying blogging, (love that post so much) or you can start a new line of products because you are crazy good with design.

Or, if you are like my friend KariAnne of  Thistlewood Farms,  you could work to create a collection of beautiful goods based on how you have decorated your home.  Yes, if you love KariAnne’s style, which we all do, now you can shop her exclusive collection with Painted Fox!

Thistlewood Cover

I took a sneak peek last night, and there are some pretty great items and there are all different types of items and price points.  And of course to get you even more excited, they are offering 20% off with the code THISTLEWOOD.

Painted Fox Sale

I am not sure what is my favorite, but I have been thinking about something like this for a long time, and you know that galvanized is my favorite color!  Make sure to stop by and see what else the sale has for you!  Enjoy!

Speaking of beautifully decorated homes, you have to check out this piece of furniture built by Cherished Bliss.  I must admit, I am slightly distracted by the amazing toolbox on the bottom shelf.

I pretty much love anything Ella Claire does, but I am currently smitten with this so simple DIY that is so pretty.

I am a big fan of unexpected flavor combination, and this take on a classic has me wanting to head to the kitchen.

Julie Blanner has flawless style and I love that she walks you through the step by step of  how she pulls together this table.

Speaking of fall tables, I am really loving this mix of colors and patterns.

The way that Courtney shares about the one that didn’t get away is so very entertaining and makes me want to hit Craigslist this morning!

I am feeling very sentimental today.  For the past two years, I have spent this weekend in Pike Road, Alabama for The Market on Chapel Hill.  Originally organized by Layla of The Lettered Cottage,  it is now its own annual market.  I was unable to make it this year and find myself feeling a bit blue about it.  I am mostly missing the beautiful friends of have made there.   I have always been a fan of Layla and wish I was getting a chance to visit with her as well, but at least, as the queen of all things mantels, we can enjoy her fall mantel this year after the fantastic makeover they gave it.

Wishing you a great day my friends.  And if you are anywhere along the east coast, stay dry and warm!
