Making-Maple-Syrup-Hudson-Valley-Sugar-House I have many blessings in my life. Too many to count. Today, however, I am going to share one of them. Erin Witkowski. She has shared our family's passion for our business and our lives since the first day we met her several years ago. Her talents are endless and she captures our family so fully. We are all at ease when she is around us. Last week, she came by to spend some time in the sugar house just before she shut down for the season. This is just one of the teaser images. They will be a lifetime treasure for us. For me. Oh I love that man so very much. She captured all of it, his passion, his love for it and his favorite part of being out in the woods. Thank you Erin. There are more images to come and lots to catch up on with you with our business, but for now I am going to share with you my findings from the web this week... How cool is the detail in this wall treatment? DIY-Wood-Striped-Wall-1 This falls into the category of "why didn't I think of that?" The details on this are too good to be true, especially considering how it started. These images are so mesmerizing. I made these for Easter and everyone loved them. Although, I must admit I forgot to add the lemon at the end. Thanks to Country Living for sharing one of my favorite projects. This could make me want to expand into honeyas well as maple syrup. Some people are so stinkin' clever. If you loved Trading Spaces, here is the "where are they now"! Last day to enter to win a set of my favorite books. Finally, we are going to be having some maintenance work going on around here this weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience and make sure to come on back if you stop by and things are wonky! Thanks so much for reading! Quickpen-Signature_edited-1
